Since 1999, the Fulda University of Applied Sciences offers a four semester Master's degree programme in Intercultural Communication and European Studies (ICEUS).
ICEUS was supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and by the Jean-Monnet-Programme of the European Union.
The programme is accredited in accordance with national and international standards by the Central Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (ZEvA). The degree is recognized for higher employment in the civil service.
