During the 5th semester students have the choice of completing a semester abroad at a partner university or a professional training semester. The practical function of the professional training semester should take place in an international environment. The time frame of the professional training semester is 6 months, and is accompanied by 3 project seminars and a study paper. The student will have successfully completed the professional training semester when the respective employer issues a certificate about the successful employment in the company, and when the student has achieved the performance level “sufficient” in each seminar as well as for the paper.
